Who is responsible?
Womy Equipment Supply is responsible for personal data processed through this website. You can contact us using the details below. Visiting the website does not mean that you consent to marketing or tracking.
What we use data for
For enquiries, account applications, rental requests and purchases, we use the contact, company, delivery and equipment details you provide to respond or take steps towards an agreement. Login details are used to secure your account. We use technical request information to operate and protect the website, based on our legitimate interest in a secure service. Optional tracking and newsletters require a separate choice. Only fill in information needed for your request.
Service providers
Supabase supports accounts and rental requests. Resend delivers requested confirmation emails, including example invoices where that flow is used. Stripe processes supported checkout payments in the configured environment; Womy does not collect raw card details in its own form. Address and company lookup use the services identified in the form. WhatsApp and external websites receive data when you follow their links. Their own privacy terms also apply.
Fleet submissions and AI
Fleet submissions go to a private Womy review queue, not directly to a public catalogue. If the optional external AI connection is enabled, machine information is sent only after the separate consent in that flow. Do not upload identity documents, unnecessary contact details or other sensitive information in photos or attachments. AI drafts do not make publication, credit or purchase decisions.
Storage and retention
New example orders and checkout contact details are kept in the current tab for at most eight hours. Login sessions are kept in tab storage. Equipment lists and favourites may remain on this device until removed. Fleet submissions expire after 30 days. Other account and enquiry records are kept as needed for handling the request, account management or applicable legal obligations. Exact provider log and backup periods depend on the service configuration; contact Womy for details.
Cookies and external media
Necessary storage supports security, login and the equipment lists you request. Optional company recognition and embedded YouTube videos remain blocked without explicit marketing consent. Cookiebot is prepared; until it is configured, optional tracking remains disabled. You can open Cookie settings in the footer at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking; it does not automatically erase data already received by a provider.
International processing
Some providers and project partners may process data outside the EEA. The locations and transfer safeguards depend on the service and configuration. Ask Womy which recipients, countries and safeguards apply to your request. Do not assume that every provider processes all data exclusively in the EU.
Your rights
Depending on the processing, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact info@womy.nl; please do not send a complete identity document with your first request. We normally respond within one month and explain any lawful extension. You may complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your local supervisory authority.
How we use your email
