Familiar ways to pay
A suitable choice for your country, currency and purchase.
You choose the equipment that moves your business forward. We want payment to be just as well arranged: simple, secure and suited to you. That is why we are building a payment experience with Stripe, from a clear invoice to a confirmation you can follow.

PAY YOUR WAY
Whether you are buying one vehicle, expanding a fleet or renting equipment, you want a way to pay that your organisation knows. Stripe can help us bring eligible card payments, bank payments and local payment methods into one clear experience.
We do not want you to have to work out the route. You should see the options available for your payment, suited to the country, currency and amount. For a large business purchase, a bank transfer may be more appropriate than a card payment.
Available methods depend on the Womy entity, customer country, currency, amount and Stripe product. A logo does not mean that method is enabled for every customer.

We want to make international purchases easier for our customers. Stripe describes worldwide customer reach to 195 countries. We want to connect suitable payment routes into the EU or US, with your Womy invoice as the reference.

Stripe describes global customer reach to 195 countries. This is not 195 enabled Womy markets: payment methods, currencies and settlement routes depend on the business entity, customer country and transaction. Sanctions and product restrictions apply.

Copying an amount, re-entering a reference and later working out which invoice a payment belongs to takes time and creates room for mistakes. We want you to open your Womy invoice, check it and pay from the same experience, with the amount and invoice reference already supplied.
Stripe Invoicing can connect the invoice and its payment and automate processing. That reduces manual entry and the risk of mistakes. For you, it means fewer separate actions and a clearer payment status. For us, it makes your payment easier to find and follow up.

Only the options available for this payment.
The payment is linked to the original invoice.
Automatic matching needs a correctly configured finance workflow. A pending payment is not yet finally received; Womy remains responsible for invoice checks and exceptions.
STRAIGHTFORWARD, CAREFUL ONBOARDING
A secure payment environment, appropriate authentication and checks for suspicious payments help reduce risk. Stripe Radar can assess relevant signals. No system removes every risk; Womy remains your contact when questions or additional checks arise.
Read at StripeBecoming a customer should not mean a pile of separate emails and documents. We want to guide you through a focused process: know which details are needed, provide them securely when verification is required and understand the next step.
Stripe Identity can help check an identity document digitally and extract its details. That can simplify the identity part of KYC onboarding. Business details, signing authority and any payment-on-account approval remain separate Womy checks.
Identity verification is not full business verification or credit approval. Eligibility and additional review depend on the customer; we do not promise a fixed approval time.

With a large purchase, the amount is only part of the picture. The payment route, exchange rate and arrival time matter too. We want to explore an option with you that is fast, transparent and as cost-effective as possible for your transaction.
A stablecoin is a digital asset designed to track a value such as the US dollar. A supported route can convert funds into a stablecoin, transfer them digitally and convert them back into local currency for the recipient. The digital leg can move outside banking hours.
That makes stablecoins relevant to international trade. It does not mean every payment arrives instantly or is always cheaper: conversion, network, local payout, checks and total cost all need to fit. Stablecoins and their providers also carry risks.
ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE
Via international and correspondent banks
The digital leg can move 24/7
Suppose you want to transfer US$15 million to Mexico. A separately approved treasury route can convert dollars through Bridge into a dollar-denominated stablecoin, transfer it digitally and convert it back into Mexican pesos for the recipient. For large payments like this, we want to explore the total cost, exchange rate and receiving options with you.
US$15 million is an illustrative amount here, not the exact amount of Stripe’s transaction. The diagram is inspired by Stripe’s own intercompany case presented at Sessions 2026. Stripe reported faster completion and lower execution costs than the banking route it compared. This is not a Womy transaction or an availability promise.

What we want you to know upfront
Stripe describes global customer reach to 195 countries. We want to use those international capabilities to make payment easier for you, but this does not guarantee that every payment method, currency or treasury route is available for our entity and your transaction. Sanctions, product terms and legal checks still apply.
We are building and testing this journey. This is not an offer of a live worldwide Womy stablecoin service, guaranteed processing time or automatic credit approval. Your invoice, payment terms and available route must be confirmed in advance.

THE STRIPE PLATFORM · THE WOMY OPPORTUNITY
A sale starts with trust and ends with money accounted for. Stripe offers building blocks across that journey. For Womy, the opportunity is to connect them to real customer needs, not add another layer of administration.
STRIPE IDENTITY
For an eligible customer journey that needs an identity check, Stripe Identity can verify a person’s identity document and compare it with a selfie. Womy can use that result within a defined onboarding or fraud review process.
Guide the customer through a dedicated check instead of requesting identity documents by ordinary email.
A verified result, a request for more input or a processing state can guide the next step in the connected workflow.
Explain the purpose, restrict access and define retention. Where biometric information is collected, Stripe requests consent.
Identity does not establish company ownership, signing authority, sanctions clearance, bank account ownership or credit approval. Those need separate checks and Womy decisions.
STRIPE RADAR
For Womy, a smooth checkout and payment control belong together. Radar can help identify suspicious payment activity, while the right review process keeps genuine orders moving.
For training, parts and direct purchases, assess fraud signals and card testing without asking the team to inspect every payment.
With an eligible plan, define rules and test them against historical payments before applying them. Balance fraud prevention with the effect on genuine customers.
Route eligible unusual payments to a finance review. For equipment orders, define separately who may approve fulfilment and when funds are sufficiently confirmed.
Radar Lite is included at no extra charge for businesses on standard Payments pricing. It covers essential card fraud prevention, card testing and fraud alerts.
Broader default fraud controls and risk levels for supported methods.
Custom rules, backtesting, risk scores and manual reviews.
Additional protection against emerging fraud and customer abuse.
Published starting prices, not unlimited usage or a Womy quote. Confirm volume allowances, overage and account terms with Stripe. Payment processing and other product charges are separate.
Compare current Stripe plans Radar Lite · Standard · Plus · ProNo. A payment in review is typically already processed unless capture is delayed separately. A Radar review, payment capture, bank settlement and Womy’s decision to release equipment are different steps.
No. Features vary by plan and method. Stripe currently excludes ACH and SEPA Direct Debit from manual payment review. Do not promise one identical review route for cards, bank payments and stablecoins.
No. Radar addresses payment risk. Identity checks a person within its supported scope. Company authority, credit, sanctions and high value order approval need their own controls. Neither product guarantees a fraud free transaction.

What it could bring to Womy, and the operating decision that goes with it.
INVOICING
Give customers a hosted invoice page and a traceable reference. Bank transfers can use virtual account details and automatic matching.
Choose one system to issue the legal invoice. If Womy’s ERP owns it, reconcile the payment to that record rather than creating a competing invoice. Account and currency eligibility still apply.
Product documentation Bank transfer documentationPAYMENTS · CHECKOUT
Offer an appropriate card, bank or local payment method in a clear checkout.
Useful for training, parts and direct purchases. Display only eligible methods for the account and transaction. A million euro order needs an appropriate bank route and approval process, not every consumer payment option.
Product documentationBILLING
Structure recurring payments for agreed service plans or suitable recurring charges.
Billing supports subscriptions and billing periods. Womy’s ERP remains responsible for actual rental periods, returns, extra charges and the contract. Do not turn every equipment rental into a subscription by default.
Product documentationRADAR
Use risk signals and review rules to help identify suspicious payment activity.
Route exceptions to a person with clear authority. Radar is payment fraud tooling, not a guarantee against loss and not the same check as Identity, company verification or creditworthiness.
Product documentationCONNECT
Onboard eligible external sellers and structure payments between a platform and its connected accounts.
Relevant to Global Trade when third parties sell through the platform. Decide who sells, who invoices, how fees work and who handles refunds and disputes. This is a separate model from Womy selling its own stock.
Product documentationTAX
Calculate supported sales tax, VAT or GST using the product and customer location.
Configure registrations, product categories and business tax treatment first. Keep Womy’s invoice and accounting rules aligned. Tax calculation is not customs clearance, import duty calculation or an export licence.
Product documentationREPORTING
Use payment, fee, balance and payout reports to support reconciliation and finance follow up.
Break down a bank payout into its underlying transactions. Assess Sigma for custom reporting when needed, while keeping the ERP as the accounting record. Payment success and bank settlement remain different events.
Product documentationTREASURY · GLOBAL PAYOUTS
Assess a dedicated route for paying suppliers, sellers or other recipients, with recipient details and payout status.
Global Payouts requires Treasury. Current docs list general availability for US and UK businesses, with the Netherlands in private preview. Confirm entity, permissions, currency and corridor before designing a Womy route.
Product documentationWOMY × STRIPE
Product scope matters as much as the logo. Keep the commercial journey simple and the operating model precise.
No. It checks an individual within its supported scope. Company, beneficial owner, authority, sanctions and credit reviews are separate. A positive identity result must not automatically unlock credit or release a high value order.
No. Supported documents and permitted customers are different questions. Stripe lists specific jurisdiction restrictions, including links to Cuba, China and Russia. Check the current Identity use cases separately from payment method coverage.
No. The pricing page lists that check for US Social Security numbers only. It is not the document and selfie verification.
Separate payment processing, invoicing, currency conversion, verification and platform charges. Compare the full funds flow and agreed volume pricing with Stripe, especially for high value transactions. The public Identity fee is not an all in payment fee.
This guide describes product opportunities, not new services activated on Womy. Product selection, integration and account eligibility must be confirmed before use.
